RCC grew from hands-on reinforcement expertise into a full-service building concrete partner. Today, apartments, townhomes, and build-to-rent communities form the core of our work—bringing focused experience to the foundations of Colorado’s growing neighborhoods.

2020

Our roots in reinforcement

We began as Eagles Rebar, specializing in rebar and post-tensioning installation. That field experience built the technical foundation for everything that followed.

2022

A broader concrete partnership

Operating under the DBA Reinforced Concrete Contractor, we expanded into complete labor-only concrete packages, from excavation and forming to reinforcement and concrete placement.

2024

Turnkey delivery

We began delivering turnkey projects, bringing labor, materials, and equipment together under one coordinated concrete scope.

Better projects start before the first pour. We support design coordination and value engineering from the conceptual stage, helping project teams explore practical foundation solutions, improve constructability, and plan for efficient execution.
